目的为临床神经外科提供区,尤其是垂体窝边界及其毗邻结构的解剖参数与观察究。

Objective: Talk about healing method of esophagus fundus ventriculi varicose bleeding,use hypophysin to unite propranolol contrast with somatostatin.

探讨食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的经济实用治疗方法,使用垂体后叶联合心得安与生长抑比较。

The results showed 26 cases were skull eosinophilic granuloma and 2 cases were intracranial eosinophilic granuloma involve hypothalamus and stalk hypophysial.

26例为颅骨嗜酸性肉芽肿，2例为原发于下丘脑垂体柄的嗜酸性肉芽肿。

Conclusion The change of the relationship of the hapothalamus-pituitary-ovary and the hypotrophy of the pituitary may not cause the morphologic change of sella turcica.

绝经期妇女下丘脑—垂体—卵巢关系的改变及垂体腺肥大并不导致态改变。

Secondary hypoadrenalism, or ACTH deficiency hypoadrenalism, is caused by diseases of the pituitary gland, which lead to adrenal failure as a secondary effect.

Conclusion:Pituitary abscess should be considered when patients presented diabetes insipidus,hypopituitarism,sella bone erosion and sella neoplasm similar to a cyst tumor in CT or MRI.

若区病变不大，但引起较严重的骨质破坏，表现为尿崩症和垂体功能低下时，应首先考虑垂体脓肿。

Conclusion Selenium can promote the function of the ACTH positive cells in the pars distalis of rat pituitary with colon mucosa cancer induced by AOM.

结论 硒可增强AOM所致大鼠结肠癌成过程中垂体远侧部ACTH阳性细胞的功能。

The relevant hormone determining results show: Prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) content in serum have regularly changed during reproductive and nonreproductive phase.

相关激测定的结果表明：血清中垂体泌(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)含量在生殖期和非生殖期呈现规律性变化。

Results The CT and MRI manifestations of intracranial mixed tumor were exactly like meningioma, glioma, and hypophysoma, etc, therefore it was usually misdiagnosed the common tumor.
