In design I find the values of ergonomy, ecology, economy, ethics and esthetics equally important – they are all complementary parts in a successful design project.
This can lead to irreversible pulpitis or pulpal necrosis, whicheventually constitutes a threat to tooth maintenance, oral mastication, and facial esthetics.
Lower income communities could get the same kind of esthetic treatment as wealthier neighborhoods, maybe more green spaces, more architectural diversity, or streets lined with trees.
