执行量遵照立之的意图。

A notarial will may not be revoked or altered by a testator-written will, a will written on behalf of the testator, a will in the form of a sound-recording or a nuncupative will.

以不同形式立有数份内容相抵触的，其中有公证的，以最后所立公证为准；没有公证的，以最后所立的为准。
